Who we are

Vox Incanto is a trading name of Jack Tester, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, at 32 Porchester Close, Hartley, Longfield, Kent, DA3 7DQ. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Email voxincanto@jtester.uk with any question about it.

This website

• It sets no cookies, has no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from other sites.
• Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page, as any web server does, to deliver the page and protect the service. We don't use them to identify you.
• The demo board runs in your browser. What you tap and hear is not sent to us.

If you email us

We use your email address and what you write to reply to you, because we have a legitimate interest in answering. We keep the conversation for 12 months after it ends, then delete it.

The app

The app is not released yet. Before it is, this notice will set out what the app collects, why, and how long it is kept. It is being built so that:

• accounts and boards are stored in the UK;
• there is no advertising, and no personal data is sold;
• what a child says with the app is not recorded;
• a photo has its location and camera details removed on the iPad before it is uploaded.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email us and we will reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd like the chance to put it right first.
